Whats the point?

Well, to be honest I have gone back and forth regarding starting this blog and not. I asked the questions why, would anyone even care what I have to say, does it even matter? I'm not the most eloquent person so sometime I ramble and spew nonsense but you'll have to bare with me. I think it comes down to just needing an outlet. I've seen a lot of garbage out there and the typical social media outlets just aren't really a place to let my thoughts and opinions run free. I'm not trying to prove anything or shove anything down anyone's throat, though if something I write makes someone question something just a little more then maybe that's a good thing. I'm a firm proponent that people are free to hold any beliefs they wish and I will stand up and protect that right so long as it doesnt harm anyone and or is socially and morally reprehensible. The flip side to this is your beliefs are just that.. yours. Everyone is entitled to their own opinion and if your opinions can be scrutinized by the truth then they SHOULD be scrutinized by the truth. It might offend some people, I'm sure what I believe in and what I have to say offends some people but that's the way of life.  So..whats this blog all about anyway? Well its probably going to be about a lot of things. From the title you can probably speculate that I'll be musing about atheism and theism, but also the wonders of science and the outdoors, and more than likely I'll probably have some rednecking involved too.
